Details: 

George Langdren (Service No 67203) was born in Dapto, NSW in 1898 and enlisted in February 1918. However the war ended before he embarked and he was discharged on 5th January 1919. He re-enlisted on 11th June 1919 and was part of Special Service A I F Escort to assist repatriating prisoners, leaving Australia on 9th July 1919.

After completing this duty and taking some leave in London he returned to Australia on 19th November 1919 and was discharged on 23rd January 1920. His brother Ferdinand Langdren (Service No 2046) died fighting at Poziere in August, 1916.
