Albert Trivett (Service No 6110) was born in Tarrawarra, NSW in 1886 and at the time of enlistment was a single 29 year old blacksmith. He enlisted a few days after his brother William and they embarked together on HMAT A18 Wiltshire with 19th Reinforcements 13th Battalion on 22nd August 1916.

He arrived in France on 16th January 1917 but was evacuated to hospital in England a month later with trench foot. On 26th February 1917 he was operated on and his right foot was amputated. After a long recovery period he was returned to Australia in January 1918 and discharged medically unfit. Albert's brother Private William Henry Trivett was killed in action on 20th October 1917.

In 1918 Albert married Elizabeth Kilpatrick. He died in Bulli in 1942.
