George Graham (Service no 667) was born in Wollongong, NSW.

At the time of enlistment, George was single, 26 years of age, employed as a miner and had previously served in the Senior Cadets.

George embarked on HMAT A8 - Argyllshire with Field Artillery Brigade 1, Brigade Ammunition Column on 18 October 1914.  He arrived in Egypt in December 1914.

George was admitted to hospital on 23 July 1915 suffering from a floating kidney.  He was considered medically unfit for further active service and returned to Australia in August 1915.

In Australia, George underwent further treatment and was medically discharged with a pension on 10 April 1916.

In 1917 George married Clara Booth in Wollongong, NSW and together they had 2 children.

George became the Vice President of the Wollongong RSL and was known to his friends and family as Fluff.

George died on 14 December 1922.

His brother John Graham (Service no 58213) also enlisted.
