Kenneth Wiseman (Service no 7647) was born in Wollongong, NSW in 1889.

At the time of enlistment Kenneth was single, 26 years of age and employed with the English, Scotish & Australia Bank as an accountant. 

Kenneth was eager to enlist and tried 4 times before he was accepted.

Kenneth embarked on HMAT A34 - Persic with 5th Field Artillery Brigade,  Battery 15 as a driver on 18 November 1915.  He arrived in Egypt on 21 December 1915 and sent to France arriving on 23 March 1916.

Kenneth was admitted to hospital with influenza on 30 April 1916 and suffered ill health for the rest of his service.

Kenneth was repatriated to Australia in September 1917 and discharged as medically unfit on 18 December 1917.

On 6 March 1923 he married Arlie McIntosh in Lismore, NSW and together they had 2 children.

Kenneth died in Sydney, NSW in 1943.
