Private Oliver Weippeart (Service No 2852) was born in Hay, NSW in about 1894.

In November 1913, Oliver married Alice Eyre and together they had one child.

At the time of enlistment Oliver was married, 21 years of age and employed as a groom in Woonona, NSW. He had previously served with the Citizen Military Forces.

Oliver embarked on HMAT A14, Euripides with 20th Battalion, 6th Reinforcements on 2nd November 1915 for Egypt. After arrival he was admitted to hospital on 8th January 1916 with pneumonia.

He was repatriated aboard the Karoola to Australia in February 1916 for health reasons and after further treatment was discharged as medically unfit in 2nd Military District on 23rd August 1916.

In 1919 he and Alice were divorced.

Oliver died in 1959.
