Details:
Albert Bursill (Service No 10183) was born in Kiama, NSW. For reasons unknown he left Australia and arrived in Vancouver Canada on 16th January 1915.
He enlisted in the British Army approximately 3 months later and saw service on the Westrn Front with the Kings Royal Rifle Corps. He was killed in action and is buried in Regina Trench Cemetery at Grandcourt France. Albert Leslie Bursill is remembered on the Shellharbour Roll of Honour.
