Kenneth Primrose Anderson
Kenneth Primrose Anderson (Service No 31999) was born at Kiama, N.S.W. His grandparents were George Laurence Fuller and Sarah Cunningham Miller of Dunmore House, Dunmore, N.S.W.
Kenneth enlisted on the 19th of September 1916 at the Showground Camp in Sydney, and because he was only 20 years of age, and therefore underage, his mother, Sarah Emily Anderson, also of Dunmore, wrote a letter (dated 5 September 1916) giving Kenneth permission to enlist. Sarah was also listed as Kenneth's next of kin.
Kenneth's occupation at the time of his enlistment was farm manager, and he was a single man.
He embarked with his Unit from Sydney on 10 February 1917 on RMS Osterley. He served on the Western Front in France.
Kenneth returned to Australia on 20 June 1919.
